We have added a new Fitness and Exercise Goals Ticker to LilySlim. The Fitness and Exercise Goals Ticker allows you to set your own goals in steps, miles, km, hours, mins etc, and record your starting point, goal and current status. You also have the option to set a Start date so that you can see the days since you started.

On PitaPata I have added the option to display the time passed in weeks and days, instead of years, months, weeks and days in the Count to and Count from ticker types. To switch, click on the Or display in .. link under the Information below the ticker field at step 3.
